Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at Outcomes First Group. As a key member of our team, you will work with children and young people who have special educational needs (SEN) and complex conditions such as autism, ADHD, and intellectual disabilities.
About the Role:
This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires a motivated and flexible individual who can work collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary team to develop and implement therapy plans for children and young people with SEN and complex conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and provide occupational therapy interventions to support individuals with their physical, emotional, and cognitive needs.
- Collect and analyze data to inform service delivery, development, and project work.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with colleagues, parents, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
What We Offer:
In addition to a competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, we offer a range of benefits including a £2,000 training allowance, life assurance, pension scheme, and a comprehensive wellbeing package.
