Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Specialist to join our client's electrical maintenance team in a dynamic and challenging environment. As an Electrical Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for installing, programming, and troubleshooting electrical drive systems, particularly Siemens and Allen Bradley.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, program, and troubleshoot electrical drive systems, particularly Siemens and Allen Bradley.
  • Modify PLC electrical programs to resolve faults and understand isolation processes.
  • Maintain plant operations to meet quality and customer service targets.
  • Provide efficient engineering services and respond promptly to engineering, quality, and safety issues.
  • Report and record electrical maintenance and repair details using electrical maintenance management and IT systems.

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 3 qualification or equivalent in a relevant electrical trade, or completion of a recognised apprenticeship.
  • Industrial background with qualifications up to 18th Edition IEE standards and BTEC ONC / HNC level or equivalent.
  • Proven electrical maintenance experience, particularly in commercial or heavy engineering/industrial environments.
  • Adaptability to new equipment, flexibility, eagerness to learn, and commitment to professional development.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary ranging from 38,000 to 43,000 per annum, including shift allowance, plus bonus on top.
