Senior Accountant - Financial Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to manage and oversee all finance and accounting operations at Don Construction Products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance in financial reporting, manage the budget and financial forecasting, and provide support for both administrative and HR functions.
  • Manage and process all finance and accounting operations, including billing, revenue recognition, payments (incoming/outgoing), payroll, and accounts payable.
  • Coordinate the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts, monitor variances, and prepare timely monthly financial statements.
  • Ensure quality control over financial transactions and reports.
  • Comply with local government reporting requirements and manage tax responsibilities, including filing and settlements.
  • Ensure compliance with group business processes and accounting policies to maintain internal controls.
  • Maintain the debtors' ledger, reconciling balances with customer statements, and monitor outstanding invoices to ensure timely payment.
  • Work with external auditors and provide necessary information for the annual audit.
  • Provide on-site support for administrative and HR leadership, including policy enforcement and personnel management.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant professional qualification.
  • At least 3 years of accounting and finance experience.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office applications.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial reporting principles and standards.
  • Experience with accounting software (SAP B1 is a plus).
