Our Team

Global Services (GS) is the backbone of BCG, providing corporate support to business areas like Finance, Legal, HR, Marketing, and IT. Our diverse team represents all levels from Partner to entry-level staff, operating globally across multiple countries.

About This Role

The Global Product Analytics Manager position within the Partner Services Group (PSG) involves delivering exceptional analytics products and insights to internal customers. This role supports PSG BI&A products, including data factory, digital reporting, and analysis for MDPs' compensation, evaluation, and experience.

Your Mission

You will enable PSG and BCG leaders to improve their decision-making processes by creating BI&A tools, products, and digital capabilities.

What You'll Bring

To succeed in this role, you will need at least 6+ years of relevant experience as a Product Analyst or similar role, with a good understanding of Agile principles. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required, preferably in analytics, technology, or a related field. Hands-on experience with Tableau and SQL is essential.

  • Prior BCG and PSG experience is strongly preferred

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is around $120,000-$180,000 per year, depending on location and experience. BCG offers a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
