We are seeking a highly skilled Reward Tax Manager to join our team at JAM Recruitment Ltd. Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Lead a team of experienced reward & employment tax professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
- Expert Advice: Provide expert advice to business leaders on reward equity/bonus policy development and implementation, process design and documentation, and payroll compliance.
- Global Tax Compliance: Develop and implement global tax compliance strategies and solutions for employer reporting and withholding on incentive compensation, particularly for internationally mobile individuals.
- Cross-Border Equity and Cash Income Tax and Social Security Calculation Compliance: Provide cross-border equity and cash income tax and social security calculation compliance and consulting services, leveraging technology to streamline work.
- Global Payroll Reporting: Prepare global payroll reports to ensure clients can meet their reporting and withholding obligations on long-term incentive awards for internationally mobile individuals, such as RSUs, share options, and cash bonuses.
We are looking for a candidate with previous reward or employment tax experience gained within a corporate or consulting environment. Additional global mobility, compensation, and taxation experience is highly desirable.
The successful candidate will possess excellent time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
