We are seeking an entry-level sales specialist to join our team in Torquay, Devon.

The role offers a basic salary of £24,000 and an uncapped commission structure, with the potential to earn up to £40,000 in the first year.

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to start their career in sales. As a recruitment consultant with X4 Group, you will be responsible for managing your own specialist market and the 360-recruitment process.

  • You will establish relationships with prospective clients, identify their recruitment needs, and fulfill them in accordance with X4's recruitment lifecycle.
  • You will confidently qualify candidates and provide post-placement follow-up services, demonstrating tenacity in delivering a reputable consultancy service.
  • You will work independently to manage client calls and retrieve necessary information to strengthen relationships.
  • You will effectively manage your time to complete day-to-day tasks within deadlines.

  • You will be confident and self-motivated, with a desire to learn and develop new skills.
