Job Description

Our prestigious client, a leading provider of business outsourcing services, is seeking an experienced or newly qualified or part-qualified accountant to join their team as an Assistant Management Accountant.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial operations and a passion for developing and implementing cloud accounting and virtual finance solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparation of management accounts and VAT returns, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Development and presentation of management reporting, including analysis and interpretation of performance against key performance indicators.
  • Assistance with the preparation of consolidated financial reporting packs, requiring strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Collaboration with clients to implement accounting systems and solutions, leveraging expertise in cloud accounting software and associated applications.
Requirements:
  • ACA / ACCA qualified or part-qualified, with a strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance.
  • Experience working within an accountancy practice, with a focus on financial operations and management accounting.
  • Proficiency in producing management accounts and supporting working papers, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
