Competition Professional Support Lawyer

Our client, a leading international law firm, is seeking a highly skilled Competition Professional Support Lawyer (PSL) to join their team on a 12-month fixed-term contract basis.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a top-tier law firm, handling high-profile, complex competition matters such as strategic merger control and regulatory investigations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and identify key legal, regulatory, and commercial developments in the field of competition law.
  • Produce and update client publications, precedents, and training materials on competition law topics.
  • Respond to legal queries and supervise knowhow paralegals on specific tasks related to competition law.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 6 years' PQE in competition law, either as a fee-earner or PSL.
  • A passion for delivering high-quality knowhow support in competition law.
  • Excellent drafting and legal analysis skills.
  • Ability to synthesise and present legal developments clearly.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills.
