The role of the Senior Solutions Consultant is to provide pre-sales support to our Enterprise sales teams, helping to close large Creative Cloud opportunities. You'll also work closely with Marketing teams, customer success, and Product management teams to drive business growth and customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include pre-sales analysis, RFP management, competitor analysis, public speaking engagements, customer workshops, and effective demonstrations of Adobe's Creative Cloud solutions.

You'll need to be a strong communicator and presenter, able to speak convincingly about new solutions and industry trends, as well as the impact of our technologies on creative workflows across different industry verticals. You'll also work with our product marketing teams to provide industry and market feedback, helping shape the direction of our solutions.

This role requires a high level of integrity, enthusiasm, and drive, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You'll need to be self-motivated, responsive, and dedicated to customer support, with a strong track record of success in a technical pre-sales or consulting environment.

What You'll Do

As a Senior Solutions Consultant, you'll be responsible for providing technical pre-sales assistance to our sales teams, building strong relationships with existing named accounts, and maintaining visibility of our overall sales objectives and product strategy. You'll need to offer sales teams direction on business and technical requirements, helping support qualification where Adobe's Creative Cloud solutions can bring significant business benefit to customers.

This role requires excellent customer-facing skills, with the ability to communicate convincingly at C-level meetings. You'll need to be able to work independently, set goals, and achieve them, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and business growth.

What We're Looking For
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Experience and a track record of success in a technical pre-sales or consulting environment
  • Microsoft Office Skills
  • Familiarity with concepts involving APIs, Web-services, SOA, Application servers, HTML, CSS, JavaScript
  • Strong verbal and writing skills
  • Exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills
