Key Responsibilities:
  • Caseload management and assessment to determine reablement plans
  • Goal setting and short-term interventions for up to 6 weeks
  • Collaboration with healthcare professionals to ensure effective care and support
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)
  • Familiarity with the care act, social care, manual handling, capacity assessments, and assessing care and support needs
