Spa Therapist Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Spa Therapist to join our team at Bristol Harbour Hotel. As a Spa Therapist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional spa treatments to our guests, including massage, body treatments, and facials.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Spa Therapist to develop their career within a progressive company. You will be NVQ Level 3 qualified and have experience with Elemis and TEMPLESPA training, which would be a distinct advantage.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality spa treatments to guests, including massage, body treatments, and facials.
  • Consult with each client to fully understand their personal needs and preferences.
  • Support the management team to maximize revenue through careful diary management and upselling treatments.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure exceptional customer service and a positive guest experience.
