The successful candidate will work closely with our SEN Consultant to provide support to students with complex needs, including those with Autism, MLD, PMLD, and physical disabilities. As a vital member of our team, you will contribute to creating a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment that fosters academic success and social growth.

**Responsibilities and Requirements:**
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with students, teachers, and parents, promoting open communication and trust.
- Assist with lesson planning, implementing strategies to engage students and enhance their learning experience.
- Participate in regular training sessions and professional development opportunities to stay updated on best practices and industry developments.

**Salary and Benefits:**
- Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum, based on experience.
- 20 days annual leave + bank holidays, plus additional days for professional development and well-being.
