• 8+ years of experience in Automation Anywhere tool with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience.
• Experience in UiPath is a plus.
• Must have completed A360 Master certification.

• Create SDD and design end-to-end RPA solutions based on customer requirements.
• Define effort estimation and complexity models (build assets/templates).
• Participate in scoping projects for new and existing clients.
• Identify resources required and timeline to deliver a solution to a granular level.
• Take ownership of technical aspects to ensure project delivery within estimated hours.
• Engage in multiple projects simultaneously.
• Work with business analysts to review Process Definition Documents and identify potential challenges.
• Create a future state of the process by integrating business and technical best practices.
• Review and revise Solution Design Documents created by developers.
• Work with clients' business and IT teams to articulate design/architectural decisions and ensure Solution Design Documents are accepted.
• Deliver sustainable solutions with modular development and an emphasis on reusability.
• Manage implementation of solutions, identifying and removing development obstacles.
• Engage with key client stakeholders to scale and expand solutions within their organization.
• Perform quality control and code reviews.
• Introduce best practices and standards for upgrades, patching, backups, network changes, designs, etc.
• Perform hands-on automation development as required by project teams.
• Minimize the need for process redesign or change in requirements.
• Ensure RPA processes run to their full effectiveness, analyzing and optimizing processes.
• Analyze and introduce new tools, methods, and technologies for Smart Automation.
