Production Zone Manager

Babcock International is seeking a highly skilled Production Zone Manager to join our team at our Devonport site. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in supporting submarines deep maintenance periods and planning/executing the production programme.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage production resources to meet time/cost/quality demands of the project
  • Identify and arrange training requirements for production personnel
  • Lead, coach, and develop teams in operational excellence
Requirements:
  • NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in an engineering discipline
  • Experience in management of personnel/resources
  • Excellent understanding of production processes and skills requirements
