We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team at CS Construction Staffing. As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for providing expert advice on construction projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice on construction projects, including cost estimation, risk management, and contract administration.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and provide solutions.
  • Collaborate with the project team to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Requirements
  • 4-5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Account Manager.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
