Mobile Telemetry Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Mobile Telemetry Specialist for Speedy Hire, driving change in the equipment hire industry.

You will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and managing telemetry systems across our territories. The estimated salary for this role is £45,000 per annum.

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation, maintenance, and management of telemetry systems on Speedy assets
• To provide a quality service, product, and control mechanism in the Northern Speedy territories
• Liaison with others in the Speedy team to ensure availability in the network
• Development and maintenance of collaborative key relationships across divisions
• Assisting in development of Standard Operating Procedure

Requirements

• Full driving licence
• Previous experience working at single and three-phase AC Electrics, ideally gained within the hire industry or similar engineering field
• An understanding of basic engine communication systems (CAN bus and MOD bus)
• Proficient computer skills, use of telemetry platforms
• Able to work under pressure and as part of a team
