The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leadership, coaching, and business management skills in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute business plans to drive sales growth and customer engagement
  • Lead and coach a high-performing team to achieve sales and customer service targets
  • Manage store operations, including inventory, facilities, and cash reconciliation
  • Implement in-store events and promotions to drive sales and customer engagement
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive customer experience

Requirements:
  • Proven retail management experience, preferably in cosmetics
  • Ability to provide inspirational and personalized customer service
  • Previous business planning experience, including sales and customer service target setting
  • Experience with retail point-of-sale software
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
