Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling a caseload of residential conveyancing transactions, including freehold sales and purchases, remortgages, lease extensions, new build and shared ownership transactions, and transfers of equity.
  • Providing exceptional client service and ensuring that all matters are handled efficiently and effectively.
  • Working closely with colleagues to achieve team objectives and contribute to the growth and success of the department.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with estate agents and other key stakeholders.


Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience of handling a caseload of residential conveyancing transactions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
