Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Veterinary Director to join our team in Warwick, England. As the clinical lead, you will be responsible for consulting with clients, performing surgeries, and leading a team of junior vets. This is an exciting opportunity to drive the direction of the business, implement new incentives, and support clinical benchmarking. Job Description

The successful candidate will have experience as a veterinary surgeon, preferably with management experience. You will be required to work up to 30-40 hours per week, with flexibility for part-time roles and shift patterns. The position includes Saturday morning shifts on a 1:4 basis. Our team is committed to providing exceptional care, and we offer advanced diagnostic tools, including digital x-ray, ultrasound, and an in-house laboratory.
