Overview

Beaumont House Nursery is part of CC Nurseries Group, a 92-place nursery that has been designed to spark curiosity and imagination. Our nursery is filled with handpicked resources to encourage self-directed play and discovery, and we offer our team great training opportunities and support.

As a Childcare Solutions Administrator, you will be based in our lovely nursery in Twickenham High Street, which offers easy access to local green spots and outdoor spaces for the children to enjoy.

Job Description
  • Support the Nursery Manager: You will provide administrative support to the Nursery Manager, including answering phones, taking messages, and managing the diary.
  • Reception Duties: Your duties will include meet and greet parents daily, ensuring all safety procedures are followed, and supporting with email queries.
  • Diary Management: You will manage the diary for the manager, including scheduling appointments, show rounds, and nursery recruitment.
  • Office Administration: Your tasks will include receiving post, deliveries, filing, scanning, and other office admin duties.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure. Experience of working in a nursery or similar environment is an advantage, but not essential.
