Kitchen Sales Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Kitchen Sales Designer to join our team at Benchmarx Kitchens & Joinery. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, achieving sales targets, and contributing to the growth and success of our business.
What We OfferWe offer a competitive salary of £20-24k, plus uncapped commission, which could result in an OTE of up to £30k in your first year. Our top earners have achieved over £60k. In addition to a generous compensation package, we also offer:
- 22 days holiday, plus bank holidays

We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, a friendly and outgoing personality, and a drive to succeed. As a Kitchen Sales Designer, you will need to be methodical and tenacious in your approach, meticulous in terms of planning, and able to work collaboratively with colleagues. You will also need to have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a willingness to learn and develop new skills.
Your Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Kitchen Sales Designer, your key responsibilities will include:
- Producing accurate plans and quotes for customers
- Developing long-term relationships with customers
- Working with homeowners to design their perfect kitchen
- Using CAD software to create designs and secure sales
- Visiting customers' homes or building sites to present designs and build strong networks of customers
- Ensuring safety is at the forefront of everything we do
