Senior Sushi Artisan

We are seeking a skilled Sushi Master Culinary Specialist to join our dynamic team at HANA GROUP UK LIMITED. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality sushi products that meet the highest standards of taste, presentation, and food safety.

The estimated annual salary for this role is £25,000 - £35,000, depending on experience.

• Prepare fresh ingredients by hand, including meat and raw fish products each shift.
• Accurately label products ensuring lawful compliance around food safety and allergen compliance each shift.
• Clean the workspace and storerooms as required.

• A good understanding of Food Safety & Health and Safety regulations, ability to follow brand standards and comply with company policies.
