Primary SEN Tutor Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Primary SEN Tutor to work with us at Remedy Education. As a Primary SEN Tutor, you will be responsible for providing individualized education and support to students with Special Educational Needs.

Your duties will include developing and implementing tailored lesson plans, maintaining accurate records of student progress, and adapting strategies as needed to meet the unique needs of each student.

Responsibilities and Requirements:
  • Teach core subjects to students with SEN;
  • Design and deliver engaging lesson plans to cater to students' diverse learning styles;
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure consistency and continuity in student support;
  • QTS or equivalent teaching qualification;
  • At least 2 years' experience working with SEN students;
  • Enhanced DBS clearance;
  • Self-employment registration.

Remuneration: Based on your skills and experience, your estimated hourly rate would be £28-£35 per hour.
