Senior DBT Therapist Role

Competitive salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum.

Priory Hospital Roehampton is seeking an experienced Senior DBT Therapist to lead our growing DBT service. The successful candidate will oversee the smooth running of groups and ensure a seamless journey for patients from referral to discharge.

  • Organise programme schedules to ensure efficient group management.
  • Allocate 1:1 therapists to patient cohorts effectively.
  • Oversee new referrals and ensure timely assessment meetings.

The ideal candidate will have completed intensive DBT training with British Isles and demonstrate strong experience in delivering skills groups and 1:1 therapy.
