The estimated salary for this role is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Kitchen Team Leader to join our team at Ember Inns. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for supporting the Head Chef in delivering high-quality food and excellent customer service.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Training and inspiring your chefs and kitchen team to deliver exceptional food quality.
  2. Working closely with the Head Chef to achieve targets and drive sales growth.
  3. Supporting with food ordering, preparation, and stock control.
  4. Maintaining a clean and hygienic kitchen environment.
