Executive Assistant and Studio Manager

The Music Market is seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant/Studio Manager to support our creative visionary client. This role is not just about administration; it's about being a key player in a dynamic, fast-paced creative studio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the studio, ensuring seamless logistics and organization.
  • Provide administrative support to the client, handling tasks such as scheduling, correspondence, and data management.
  • Facilitate the client's creative projects, including production management and organizational systems.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with leading figures in fashion, film, and art, while maintaining a professional demeanor in a fast-moving environment.

Requirements:

  • Substantial previous experience working in an administrative/operational/support capacity for a senior figure or company, ideally from the entertainment/arts world.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, high-energy environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a focus on discretion and resourcefulness.
  • Passion for the creative industries and a willingness to learn and grow with the client.
