Key Responsibilities:- Assist clients with daily tasks, such as washing, dressing, and bathing.
- Provide companionship and wellbeing support, helping clients feel happy, healthy, and thriving in their own homes.
- Accompany clients to appointments, shopping, or community activities, promoting social interaction and independence.
- Help with light housework, cooking, and other daily tasks.
- Competitive pay rates, including £11.50 for Monday to Friday, £12.80 for evenings and weekends, and £25.60 on Bank Holidays.
- Consistent client interaction, with a minimum of 1-hour calls and client matching.
- Part-time or full-time positions, including every other weekend off.
- Additional financial benefits, including mileage compensation, travel/waiting time, and a paid day off on your birthday.
- Comprehensive training, including Alzheimer's, Dementia care, and Parkinson's training certified by City and Guilds.
