Key Responsibilities- Create safe systems of work for lifting operations, incorporating risk assessments and revised methods where necessary.
- Regularly review and update lifting plans to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Manage and monitor the performance of the team, providing guidance and support as required.
- Conduct routine checks on lifting equipment to ensure it meets LOLER regulations.
