We are currently seeking a skilled Senior Engineer to join our client's Data Centre Delivery Team as a Commissioning Specialist. This exciting opportunity involves carrying out commissioning activities, supervising site teams, and working closely with the Control & Commissioning Manager.

About the Role:

Job Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing commissioning and testing activities at Data Centres across Europe. They will work closely with the Project Manager to deliver the Commissioning Programme within agreed timeframes and budgets.

Responsibilities:

  • Carry out AHU commissioning tasks according to established scripts.
  • Supervise site teams to ensure compliance with health and safety measures.
  • Collaborate with the Project Manager to deliver the Commissioning Programme within agreed timeframes and budgets.

Requirements:

  • Holds electrical qualifications (18th edition).
  • Has F-gas certification.
  • Understands airflow principles and can take measurements.
  • Demonstrates experience with HVAC and MODBUS systems.
  • Possesses good problem-solving skills for mechanical, electrical, and control systems.
  • Experience with Data Centres is highly desirable.
  • Current and valid CSCS, PASMA/IPAF certifications are required.
  • A current SSSTS or SMSTS card is also beneficial.

Salary and Benefits:

  • An estimated salary of £55,000 based on experience.
  • 25 days of holiday plus bank holidays, with an option to purchase up to 5 additional days.
