Sanitation Specialist

About the Role: We are seeking a reliable Sanitation Specialist to join our fast-paced team in the food production industry. Your primary purpose is to maintain a high standard of cleanliness that meets or exceeds our client's excellent food hygiene standards. This is a physically demanding role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Notify when supplies need replenishing.
- Highlight staff training needs and carry out where necessary.
- Ensure working areas are safe from hazards and meet Health & Safety requirements.
- Maintain housekeeping equipment and report any faults.
- Strip and clean operational lines.
- Decant cleaning chemicals.
- Carry out log out and tag out process on equipment used.
- Ensure hygiene standards in key factory areas.
- Complete safety checks and maintain accurate cleaning records.
- Follow standard cleaning procedures.
