Content Writer for Technical Documentation

We are seeking a highly skilled Content Writer to join our team in creating technical documentation. This role involves producing high-quality content that is informative and engaging, ensuring that customers have access to the information they need.
The ideal candidate will have excellent writing skills, with the ability to interpret complex technical information and present it in a clear and concise manner. Strong communication and organizational skills are also essential for this position, as the writer will be working closely with project managers and senior writers to ensure seamless execution of projects.
The salary for this position is £38,000 - £42,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a competitive benefits package, including hybrid working arrangements and opportunities for professional growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:
- Produce high-quality technical documentation, including user manuals, instructional guides, and other supporting materials
- Interpret complex technical information and present it in a clear and concise manner
- Work closely with project managers and senior writers to ensure seamless execution of projects
- Carry out independent quality checks on written content
- Travel to customer sites as required (including overseas travel)
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- An excellent command of the English language
- Experience and/or technical qualifications relevant to the types of projects involved
- The ability to gather information first-hand, interpret technical information, and present it in a useful and informative way
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Practical working knowledge of MS Office products and other software packages used in technical documentation production
