Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Assembler to join our team at THE RECRUITMENT FIX LIMITED. As an Electrical Assembler, you will be responsible for carrying out the electrical and mechanical assembly of standard and special products, parts, and sub-assemblies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out the electrical assembly of parts, sub-assemblies, and products in line with engineering drawings and company quality control procedures.
  • Prepare products for testing, including powering up products and carrying out pre-test safety checks.
  • Test products in line with company procedures and maintain production in line with the production plan and instructions from the departmental supervisor/planner.
  • Carry out repairs and maintenance to plant and equipment as needed.
  • Occasional site work may be required.

Requirements:

  • Panel wiring experience is necessary.
  • 18th/19th Edition certification is highly desirable.
  • Able to read electrical schematics.
  • Mechanical assembly skills.
  • Ability to work unaided.

Working Hours:

37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, or the option to work a 9-day fortnight giving you every other Friday off.
