Cambian Complex, a leading provider of care services, seeks an enthusiastic and dedicated Senior Residential Support Worker to join our team.
About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated individual with 12 months experience in Children's Residential Care to provide high-quality support to our residents. As a Senior Residential Support Worker, you will play a vital role in creating a safe and nurturing environment, promoting positive outcomes, and empowering our young people to achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- To provide exceptional support to our residents, addressing their physical, emotional, and psychological needs
- To work collaboratively with colleagues to create a positive and inclusive living environment
- To develop and implement personalized plans to promote resident well-being and independence
Requirements:
- Minimum 12 months experience in a Children's Residential Care setting
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
What We Offer:
- A competitive hourly rate of £13.40-£14.22 (dependent on experience/qualifications)
- Sleep-in rate of £30.00
- Overtime rate of 1.25 x hourly rate
- An estimated gross annual salary of £31,000-£32,000 (based on full-time hours + 10 sleep-ins)
