This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to expand their career further within financial planning. We're seeking a skilled Client Administrator to join our team in Manchester who will provide ongoing administrative support to 2-3 Financial Planners while building strong relationships with their clients and delivering an excellent client experience.

As a Client Administrator at Evelyn Partners, you'll be supported to grow personally and professionally. You'll have access to a structured training programme offering Training & Competency oversight to excel in personal development. We encourage continuous professional development via ongoing studying and qualifications, and you'll have the opportunity to collaborate and learn from our experienced Investment Managers and Financial Advisers.

This is a hybrid working role with a requirement to be in the office 3 days per week.

  • Work closely with aligned Financial Planners to deliver excellent client outcomes.
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLIENTS AND MAINTAIN REGULAR CONTACT.
  • Liaise with operational teams where support is provided on activities such as scripts, transfers, corporate actions, static data changes, where applicable.
  • Maintain back-office systems and client records in line with company policies.
  • Have previous experience working within financial planning administration.
  • Be ambitious to build a career within a financial services firm, with a willingness to learn and develop.
  • Exhibit a strong ethic of client service.
