About the Role:
This specialist role will be responsible for managing ice cream supplier relationships to achieve business objectives. Key responsibilities include:
  • Procurement and Supplier management
  • Developing strong relationships with existing and new Europe-based private label manufacturers
  • Managing supplier selection, onboarding, and contract renewals
  • Evaluating long-term compatibility of suppliers with DF and mitigating risks
  • Conducting regular supplier performance evaluations and risk assessments

About You:
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a category/procurement role, demonstrating effective selection and development of supplier partnerships. They will possess skills in communication, adaptability, and conflict management. A strategic thinker with a focus on decision making and planning, continuous improvement, and a proactive approach to implementing measured changes is required. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic and organized individual with experience in establishing and delivering against KPIs, financial plans, and objectives.
