The Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our technical operations team, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure, providing front-line user support, and contributing to various initiatives that drive business growth and innovation.

Responsibilities

  • Ownership of all tools and services, including vendors that currently fall under the team's control.
  • Respond to inquiries and assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues.
  • Support the use of business operational systems, including Google Workspace, Microsoft, Slack, Okta, and Atlassian.
  • Maintain and evolve our Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) policies, SentinelOne.
  • Manage our Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions globally.
  • Design, update, and maintain IT documentation.
  • Build and maintain System architecture diagrams.
  • Plan and execute software consolidation, i.e., having 2 instances of the same product.
  • Effective and secure onboarding and offboarding of users, including procurement of hardware and software, and training/orientation.

Requirements

  • 3 years of experience in a System Administrator position in a fast-paced, cutting-edge IT environment.
  • Experience working with Google Workspace, Okta, MDM software, EDR management, email security, and Atlassian.
