We're seeking an experienced UX/UI Designer to join our dynamic team at Unreal Gigs. In this role, you'll craft intuitive and engaging user experiences for our digital products, ensuring they align with user needs and business objectives. Your primary goal will be to design interfaces that enhance usability, accessibility, and overall user satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

User Experience Research:

  • Conduct comprehensive user research using methodologies such as interviews, surveys, usability testing, and A/B prototype testing.
  • Collaborate with UX researchers to understand user needs, behaviors, and opportunities.
  • Synthesize research findings into actionable recommendations and strategies for UX/UI solutions.

Design and Prototyping:

  • Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, information architecture, and journey maps to communicate UX/UI concepts effectively.
  • Design visually appealing, intuitive, and accessible user interfaces across various devices and platforms.
  • Develop and maintain style guides and design systems, ensuring consistency and scalability.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Engage with clients to understand project requirements and goals.
  • Partner with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define user requirements and project objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure successful implementation of design solutions.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects.
  • Proficiency in UX research methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong knowledge of design software such as Adobe XD, Sketch, or Figma.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
  • Experience with WCAG accessibility guidelines and practices.
