About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our creative design team at Prettylittlething Ltd. As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will play a pivotal role in delivering fashion-forward creative across various channels within the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute creative concepts for seasonal campaigns and other projects, ensuring consistency across all channels.
  • Manage and mentor junior members of the team, supporting the Creative Manager and Head of Creative with project development.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver on and manage briefed projects across multiple channels, including Social, Email, E-commerce, and Press.
  • Maintain brand consistency throughout your work, adhering to brand guidelines and ensuring a high level of brand guardianship.
  • Design and produce Social Media Content, print-related marketing material, internal/external presentations, and decks for management.
  • Communicate concepts clearly and effectively to the Creative Manager, conceptualizing promotions and designing across channels.
  • Exceptional file and asset management, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work.
  • Understand the importance of being commercially focused, actively considering how creative output can contribute to sales.
  • Work closely with wider teams from ideation to delivery, meeting quality expectations and deadlines.
Requirements
  • 3 years of industry experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing fashion-forward creative.
  • Proficiency in the Adobe package, including Indesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, and After Effects.
  • Keen interest in the Prettylittlething Ltd brand and a passion for fashion.
  • Punctual and organized, with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Creative awareness and an ability to combine innovative approaches with commercial ideas.
  • Flexible and able to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with a commitment to initiative, drive, and self-motivation.
  • Ability to work well with others, influencing and communicating effectively across all levels.
  • Experience in presenting and working closely with Senior Management.
