The Role:
We are looking for a motivated and organized individual who can work closely with the Engineering Manager to provide a superior engineering service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical or electrical engineering, with a focus on troubleshooting and resolving issues efficiently.

The Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Engineering Manager to identify and prioritize maintenance tasks
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance
- Troubleshoot and repair complex technical issues, working closely with the team to resolve problems quickly and efficiently
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and complete documentation as required

The Ideal Candidate:
- Must have a time-served Mechanical or Electrical engineering qualification
- Level 3 City & Guilds/ONC/BTEC desirable
- HACCP Level 2 desirable
- 18th edition certification
- Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of CMMS systems and documentation best practices
