Job Title: Senior Data Engineer

Company: TLP Consultancy Ltd

Location: Remote (3 days a week in the office)

Salary: £60-70,000 plus package

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Engineer to join our team. As a Senior Data Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining large-scale data systems and architectures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement data pipelines using Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, and Azure Synapse Analytics
  • Develop and maintain data processing and analytics applications using Python and.NET
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop data-driven solutions
  • Ensure data quality, security, and compliance with company standards and regulations
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in data engineering and architecture

Requirements:

  • Strong experience in data engineering and architecture, with a focus on Azure-based solutions
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and.NET
  • Experience with data processing and analytics tools such as Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, and Azure Synapse Analytics
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data systems and develop effective solutions
