We are seeking a highly skilled M&E Engineer to join our team and support on various projects for West Midlands Police. Responsibilities
- Manage building and system modifications arising from our estates strategy
- Oversee routine maintenance activities provided by contractors
- Ensure the provision of independent utilities on a previously shared site
- Assist with the refurbishment of existing building stock
- Meet with contractors and sign off at the end of projects
Qualifications & Certifications
- Chartered Engineer (preferred but not essential)
- Relevant engineering degree or equivalent qualification
- Membership in professional bodies such as CIBSE or IMechE (preferred but not essential)
What We Offer
The salary for this role is £58,000 per annum, paid on an hourly rate of £55-£65 p/h (inside IR35). This opportunity also offers flexible working arrangements, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance.
