Job Profile:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Estate Agent to join our Reeds Rains team in Chester le Street. As a key member of our Sales and Lettings team, you will be responsible for registering customers, conducting property viewings, and negotiating offers between parties.

This is a fantastic career opportunity to work with a network of 63 Reeds Rains and Your Move franchise branches across England. You will have the opportunity to maximise branch income by cross-selling other services, such as mortgages, conveyancing, and insurance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Register customers and conduct property matches for Sales and Lettings properties.
  • Generate and conduct property viewings.
  • Negotiate offers between all parties.
  • Maximise branch income through cross-selling other services.
  • Provide excellent customer service at all times.

What We Offer:

  • On Target Earning (OTE) Pay circa £25,000 plus per annum.
  • 3-6 months guaranteed commission pay.
  • 5 day working week, to include Saturdays on rota.
  • Pension Scheme.
  • Career Progression within the North East.

Requirements:

  • Hold a full UK Driving licence.
  • Have access to your own vehicle.

The role is predominantly office based, but you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our Reeds Rains branch in Chester le Street.
