Microsoft Dynamics CRM Consultant Lead

As a leading provider of digital transformation solutions, Atos SE is seeking a seasoned Dynamics Functional Consultant to spearhead the implementation of Dynamics CRM for a prominent UK Government Department.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive expertise in Microsoft Dynamics and previous product versions, as well as exceptional oral and written communication skills.

We offer a highly competitive salary range of £65,000 - £80,000 per annum, based on experience, along with flexible working arrangements and a supportive work environment.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Lead discovery workshops to comprehend customer needs
  2. Develop customized proposals to address client objectives
  3. Oversee end-to-end implementation of D365 projects
  4. Implement solutions utilizing DevOps practices for increased efficiency and agility
  5. Foster collaboration with mixed implementation teams
  6. Translate business processes into solution requirements
  7. Ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements
  8. Engage with stakeholders to define project scope and vision
  9. Promote best practices and continuous improvement strategies

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics and previous product versions
  • Deep functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Solutions & integrations for D365 Modules
  • Exceptional consulting acumen and understanding of ERP from a functional and implementation perspective
  • Conceptual knowledge of Dynamics 365 Applications
  • Understanding of other Microsoft Technologies: ASP.NET, Power Apps, etc.
  • Outstanding mentoring, coaching and people management skills
  • Aptitude to thrive in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment and to work with a team
  • DevOps Experience and Pipeline Deployment
