We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our team at our UK office in Carlisle. As a Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for processing customer orders, managing stock levels, and providing excellent customer service. Your duties will include processing customer orders, monitoring and updating stock levels, producing stock forecasts, receiving orders from customers, sending orders to overseas head office and factories, sending delivery information to distributors, liaising with transport companies, raising supplier invoices, chasing orders and deliveries, and performing ad-hoc administrative and clerical duties. To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong administration background, thorough attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work well with suppliers, customers, and other team members. You will also need to be able to meet deadlines and have excellent communication skills.
