Key Responsibilities:

The Reporting Manager will be responsible for leading the reporting team and providing reporting information on the Group's core business systems to Central staff and external Clients. This role requires strong technical and analytical skills, with a strong attention to detail and SQL knowledge, as well as experience working with property systems.

The ideal candidate will have experience working within a reporting role, ideally within the residential for rent sector, and will be able to manipulate high volumes of data into high-level reports. They will also have advanced knowledge of MS Office applications, especially MS Excel, and experience working with Power BI.

The successful candidate will be a people person who loves working collaboratively and is great at making things happen. They will have demonstrable experience of people management with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
