We are seeking a skilled GRP Finisher to join our team at Marine Resources. As a GRP Finisher, you will be responsible for working on a range of products, including Sunseeker, Princess, Williams Jet Tenders, and ECB Spas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Repair and finish all product lines
  • Finish gel coat by hand using various tools, including wet/dry paper, finishing compounds, orbital sanders, polisher, DA sander, long boards, and blocks
  • Trim GRP using air-driven cengar saws
  • Remove imperfections
  • Complete large and small repairs using gel and fibreglass
  • Work to scheduled deadlines, collaborating with Lead Operatives, Supervisors, and Production Managers
  • Adhere to standard operating procedures to ensure the highest quality is maintained at all times
  • Collaborate with the QA team to ensure manufactured parts meet drawings and specification books to ISO standards
Benefits:
  • Hourly rate starting at £16.22
  • Overtime at time and a half
  • Early finishes on Fridays
