Automotive Aftersales Employability Specialist

The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Employability Officer/Trainer to join our dynamic team at Stoneacre Motor Group.
About the Job
As an Employability Officer/Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs to our learners, ensuring they achieve their qualifications and develop the skills and knowledge required for a successful career in the automotive industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, develop, deliver, assess, and evaluate training programs to meet the needs of our learners.
- Deliver training and assess learners to ensure successful outcomes in line with contractual requirements and targets.
- Set, assess, and record learner work, including practical assessments, assignments, examinations, and coursework.
- Carry out health and safety checks for learners on program and maintain accurate learner and program documentation.
- Work as part of a team to develop teaching and learning materials to support learners.
- Contribute to quality improvement systems and procedures, contributing to self-assessment and quality improvement plans.
- Complete learner qualifications with timely achievement and prepare learners for end-point assessment.
- Provide comprehensive information, advice, and guidance to learners, ensuring they are clear about their apprenticeship, job outcomes, and careers in their chosen field.
- Have excellent organizational and planning skills to ensure all deadlines are met and internal MIS are maintained and up-to-date.
- Carry out progression reviews and liaise with employers to support learners' behaviors and employability skills.
- Support learners' health and wellbeing and ensure a safe environment for learners.
- Manage employability outcomes for learners and provide appropriate advice and guidance.
- Support technical tutors to ensure progression with learners' knowledge, skills, and behaviors.
- Manage off-the-job training to ensure learners receive all planned training.
About You
- Good understanding of the automotive industry.
- Occupational expert within Administration.
- Ideally Functional Skills or equivalent to level 2.
- Previous training experience not essential, as full training will be given.
- Up-to-date knowledge of occupational competence.
- Proven experience of improving and maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
