Senior Amazon Connect Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Amazon Connect Architect to lead the design and implementation of complex contact center solutions for our clients.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for architecting, developing, and deploying robust contact center solutions leveraging Amazon Connect and a broad range of AWS services.

You will collaborate closely with clients, stakeholders, and a team of AWS cloud engineers to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Technical Leadership

Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of AWS cloud engineers in the design, development, and implementation of contact center solutions.

Architecture Design

Develop and own the overall architecture of contact center solutions, ensuring optimal performance, scalability, and security.

AWS Expertise

Leverage deep knowledge of AWS services (Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, SNS, Lex, Bedrock, API Gateway, Pinpoint, etc.) Utilize AWS CDK for infrastructure as code to automate and streamline the deployment process.

  • Adhere to AWS best practices and security standards to ensure the reliability and compliance of solutions.
Continuous Improvement

Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in contact center technology and AWS services.

Proven experience as a Senior Amazon Connect Architect with a strong track record of successful contact center implementations.

  • Deep understanding of AWS cloud services and architecture.
  • Proficiency in AWS CDK for infrastructure as code.
  • Certifications in AWS and Amazon Connect.
  • Knowledge of scripting languages (Python, JavaScript).
