About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Multiskilled Technician to join our Voids Team at Paradigm Housing. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for completing maintenance work within our empty/void properties, ensuring that the properties are ready for re-letting in line with our key performance indicators.

Key Responsibilities
  • Complete maintenance work within our empty/void properties, including repairs and refurbishments.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve targets and deadlines.
  • Ensure all work is carried out to a high standard, meeting our quality and safety standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of work completed, including reporting any issues or concerns.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
Requirements
  • Relevant qualifications and/or experience in maintenance and repairs work, specifically in trades such as carpentry, plumbing, painting and decorating, and tiling.
  • Sound knowledge of relevant legislation and/or Codes of Practice, including Construction, building regulations and health and safety.
  • Ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in a variety of weather conditions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, customers, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours and locations.
