Job Role:

We are seeking a skilled Class 1 (C+E) Driver to join our General Haulage team at our base in Boston. This role involves transporting timber goods from mill to customer sites using flat bed class 1 vehicles with ratchet strapped loads.

Shifts and Durations:

Monday – Friday

Leave Boston site on Monday, spend nights away from home, and return on Friday

This is an ongoing role with immediate commencement

Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of HGV experience
  • Timber experience preferred
  • Previous ratchet and strapping experience preferred
  • Valid LGV/HGV Class 1 C+E License
  • Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
  • No more than 9 penalty points
Compensation and Benefits:
  • £15.50 per hour PAYE plus 28 days holiday per year pro rata
  • £17.00 per hour via umbrella
  • £24 per night out
  • £895 per week
